We provide medical, dental, and vision coverage to full-time employees, their eligible dependents, spouses, and registered domestic partners. Life Insurance

Vituity pays the full cost of basic life insurance.  You can choose to increase your coverage by purchasing supplemental life insurance.

Brightscope has recognized Vituity's 401(k) retirement savings plan as one of the best in the Bay Area, a plan made available to all Vituity operations including RCM and Practice Management, in California, Idaho and Kansas. We offer Roth and traditional 401(k)s and match up to 6 percent of your contributions at the rate of $1.20 per $1.00. The plan also includes a discretionary profit-sharing contribution. Additionally, we offer discounted refinancing of high-interest student loans through our partnership with Laurel Road, SoFi and First Republic Bank. This option can help lower overall monthly payments and has no application fee or repayment penalties. Federal, private, undergraduate, and graduate loans are all eligible.
