Each medical insurance plan comes with a $50,000 life insurance policy. Full-time employees also receive long-term disability insurance at no additional cost.

We offer Roth and traditional 401(k)s and match up to 6 percent of your contributions at the rate of $1.20 per $1.00. The plan also includes a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.

Student Loan Repayment Program
We offer discounted refinancing of high-interest student loans through our partnership with Laurel Road, SoFi and First Republic Bank. This option can help lower overall monthly payments and has no application fee or repayment penalties. Federal, private, undergraduate, and graduate loans are all eligible.
Our Commuter Check and Park-It programs allow you to use pretax dollars to pay commuting expenses, including mass transit fares and parking fees in our company garage.
Paid Time Off
Vituity employees accrue three weeks of vacation per year upon hire. In addition to your vacation time, full- and part-time employees are eligible for up to two additional weeks of paid holidays, including your birthday. Sick hours accrue at a rate of eight days per year.
For employees who qualify, sabbatical leave is available after ten years of service.
In addition, Vituity offers various leave programs for employees who need to be away from work due to medical or personal reasons.
We have a strong commitment to health and well-being across the organization. Our all-volunteer Wellness Committee runs ongoing activities and educational programs throughout the year, culminating in our annual full-day Wellness Fair.
