Diversity Is in Our DNA
Vituity’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion is at the heart of our organization. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives are led by an executive council and supported by dedicated program staff, enterprise resource groups (ERGs), and an advisory council.
Elevating Voices Within Vituity
Our ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that are open to all. They provide Vituity Partners and employees the autonomy to express themselves and the opportunity to connect with colleagues who have shared characteristics, experiences, or interests. Our ERGs celebrate diversity, champion internal awareness events and drive community outreach to promote equity and inclusion.

Leading Change Across the Healthcare Industry
As practicing clinicians, we see firsthand how these disparities impact our patients and communities, and we wanted to do something about it. Driven by a passionate leadership team, Vituity aims to drive healthcare justice in the industry at large.
Our CEO, Imamu Tomlinson, MD, MBA, was named one of Fierce Healthcare’s Most Influential Minority Executives in 2021 for his transformational leadership. Dr. Tomlinson is leading a paradigm shift that extends care beyond the hospital walls and into the communities that need it most.
Vituity Cares Foundation was created with the mission to improve health by addressing inequity that leads to poorer outcomes and how the lack of representation among healthcare clinicians perpetuates these injustices.
At Vituity, our leaders, clinicians, and practice management team “walk the walk” to promote inclusivity and equity in the hospital and throughout our organization.
