Joy In Medicine
Most clinicians chose medical careers in order to make a difference. However, too many providers are demoralized by long hours, administrative burden, and poor workplace culture.
Dr. Birdsall is passionate about helping clinicians thrive in their practices and build lasting careers. He is a long-time champion of Vituity’s Joy in Medicine initiative, which encompasses wellness, leadership development, coaching, and team building. In his COO role, he has focused on ensuring that clinicians have access to scribes, adequate staffing, flexible scheduling, and other resources that free them to focus on patients. He also oversaw a major update of Vituity’s wellness program, which launched our popular interactive resilience workshop.
