Building a program to care for vulnerable neighbors

Innovation Grant recipient Dr. Omar Guzman developed a street medicine program that serves unhoused neighbors in his community. His vision is supported by colleagues inside and outside Vituity who are equally passionate about addressing healthcare disparities and giving back. ED teams across Vituity are launching similar programs based on Guzman’s model.
