H-CPR QCDR

Improving the Quality of Hospital-Based Care

We are dedicated to improving the quality of hospital-based care across the country by reporting and sharing performance and quality data. We believe that direct provider feedback on performance and quality indicators improves patient care.

The Hospital Medicine Qualified Clinical Data Registry (H-CPR) has expertise in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, Long-Term and Post-Acute Care, with clinical expertise in measure development and in collaboration with specialty societies such as Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM).

Hospital Medicine Qualified Clinical Data Registry (H-CPR)

The Hospitalist – Clinical Performance Registry (H-CPR) supports all MIPS Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs), Promoting Interoperability Measures, and Improvement Activities. H-CPR also supports MIPS Value Pathway (MVP) -Advancing Care for Heart Disease. Additionally, the QCDR measures supported by the Hospitalist-Clinical Performance Registry (H-CPR) are listed below.
