A Board of nine physicians elected by the Partners governs the organization, and every Board Member, Executive Officer, and Vice President is a practicing physician. Vituity also owns its billing and practice management companies, ensuring that each Partner has access to national-level support without incurring a lot of overhead. The budget is transparent and every physician Partner has the opportunity to know how and where every dollar is spent, and how much each and every Partner earns.
